Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Cancelling your order:

If you want to cancel your order please contact us.

However, items that have already been processed for shipping will be dealt with as a return.

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

All returns, exchange and maintenance require providing original invoice.

After receiving your order, you can request a return within 3 days of the delivery, you will receive a full refund.

 

Returns & Replacements:

  • Item should be in a UNUSED condition.
  • It MUST be returned in the box that you received it in.
  • Any request after 3 working days will not be refunded in Cash, you will have a store credit with the same amount. Shub.coffee will not cover the shipping fee for your return.
  •  Shub.coffee will cover the shipping fee for your return if you receive your order with damage or as not showed on www.shub.coffee (Please check our Shipping and Delivery page).
