Below are the key terms for sale, including the obligations for both the seller and the customer..
Order Cancellation
- The customer has the right to cancel the purchase before shipping, and can get a full refund. They should contact us directly via customer service to arrange for the order cancellation.
- The refund process takes up to five working days, and may take up to twenty days in some cases.
- If payment has been made, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used (bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard), and it will not be refunded in cash.
Exchange and Return
- Exchange and return are free if there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake by the first party.
- The customer bears shipping costs if there is no manufacturing defect or mistake by the first party.
- Returns can only be made if the product is in its original condition when purchased and still in its original packaging.
- Products to be exchanged or returned must be in their original condition when purchased and packaged in the original packaging.
- The customer must contact customer service within 3 days of the receipt date.
- The order amount will be refunded to the customer within 3 to 21 working days, excluding shipping costs.
- Coffee products and coffee beans cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products purchased from the "As-Is" section (AS-IS) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Special Provisions
- If a shipping policy is issued for product exchange or return, the customer must deliver the product to the SMSA office within 3 days. If the customer delays, an additional fee of 28.75 SAR will be charged.
- The first party is not responsible for any delay in delivery to the shipping company.
- Specialty Hub has the right to suspend or modify the points program with customer notification, allowing them time to transfer their points via email or announcements on social media channels.
Warranty and Maintenance
- The warranty is valid for two years on all electrical devices from the agent directly, starting from the purchase date.
- The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
- The warranty includes repairing or replacing the product within 30 days of the customer complaint regarding defects covered by the warranty, if parts are available.
- The warranty does not cover consumable parts.
- Products purchased from the "As-Is" section (AS-IS) are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Exceptions
- Attempted repairs outside the authorized service center or using non-approved spare parts.
- Misuse of the product, such as exposure to breakage, moisture, or high temperatures.
- Any defects caused by operating the device and connecting it to water specifications not recommended by the company.
- Failure to follow the user manual and instructions attached with the device during operation and use.
- Violation of regular maintenance terms or manufacturer instructions.
- The warranty does not cover shipping costs.
- Product damage
- In the event of damage or loss of the shipment or part of it, the shipping company is responsible for compensating the customer up to 100 SAR.
- The customer will be compensated by contacting the first party's customer service.
Shipment Insurance
- The customer can insure their order by contacting customer service via WhatsApp or email.
- The shipment will be insured for an additional fee determined by the first party.
Shipping and Delivery
- After confirming the order and payment, the first party will prepare and deliver the order within a maximum of 6 working days, from Saturday to Thursday.
- The second party's order can be stored for up to three weeks after confirming the order and completing the payment. The responsibility for the goods transfers to the second party after three weeks. The first party will take care of the goods as much as possible, but after six weeks, the first party is no longer responsible for the sold goods.
Shipping Within Saudi Arabia
- The first party guarantees shipping orders and issuing a tracking number for delivery to the courier within 3-7 working days after receiving the payment and confirming the transaction.
- The order delivery time for customers in the cities of "Khobar, Dhahran, Dammam, and Seihat" is one or two working days.
- For other areas in Saudi Arabia, the orders will be shipped via SMSA or Redbox, with delivery within 3-4 working days after issuing a tracking number and handing the shipment to the courier.
- Any delay in receiving the shipment is outside the responsibility of the first party.
- The customer can contact SMSA directly at (920009999) or via WhatsApp (966112892999).
- For orders via Redbox in the following cities: (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Ahsa, Al Jubail, Al Khobar, Al Dhahran, Ras Tanura, Diriyah, Mecca), the customer will pick up the shipment from the nearest Redbox branch.
- If the shipment is not received by the customer and is returned to us, and the customer re-orders the shipment, an additional shipping fee of 25 SAR will be charged, in addition to the previous shipping fees.
Shipping Fees Inside Saudi Arabia
- If the total order is 300 SAR or more, shipping is free.
- If the total order is less than 300 SAR, a shipping fee of 15 SAR will be charged.
- If the shipping option is Redbox, the shipping fee is only 10 SAR.
Order Cancellation
- An order will not be canceled if the customer delays the scheduled pickup by the shipping company.
- Cashback will not be refunded when canceling the order, as it is used only once by the customer.
- Cancellation can occur under the following conditions:
- The order must not be coffee products or coffee beans.
- The order must be returned to us and received by the shipping company.
- If the above conditions are met, the order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded to the customer, minus the shipping costs.
International Shipping:
- The first party guarantees shipping orders and issuing a tracking number for delivery to the courier within 3-7 working days after receiving the payment and confirming the transaction.
- The order will be delivered within 15 working days via:

- DHL Company, and any delay in receiving the shipment is outside the responsibility of Specialty Hub. Please contact DHL at (920003450).
International Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the shipment. Full shipping details will appear before completing the payment.
Offers
- Orders are shipped within 1-4 working days, and delivery takes 7-10 working days after the order is confirmed.
- Shipping is free for our customers inside Saudi Arabia only.
- You can use only one discount code per order.
- The discount does not apply to discounted bulk cartons, discounted commercial machines, or the "As-Is" section.
