The NEO NEGOTIATOR is designed like Orea famous brewers – to be fast-flowing and allow a super quick saturation of the filter paper with water. Simply wet the paper in place, rotate, and voila – the perfect fit every time.
By minimising bypass, you will invariably reach higher extractions in similar brewing times. Bypass can cause blockages, slowing down brews. Minimising this bypass can ensure similar brew times but with a much richer, brighter extraction.
Bypass is inconsistent. It never happens the same way. By using the Negotiator and a flat paper filter in Orea’s flat bottom brewers, you can minimise bypass and ensure more consistency brew-to-brew.
