Brew every cup with expertise and ease: Choose from 10 “Ready-to-Brew” barista-crafted recipes, each calibrated with the intention of bringing out the best in every cup. every brew method is meant to match any mood.
Blooming brilliant: Bloom & Brew is a signature feature for the Morning Machine. By manipulating pressure profiles, we first infuse the capsule with a small amount of water, wetting the coffee grounds to allow for more even extraction. Pre-infusion time varies from coffee to coffee to optimise extraction.
Interactive interface: the OLED screen coupled with the dial mechanism allows intuitive integration with the Machine’s features.
Water bypass: dispense hot water through a dedicated spout in your machine.
Barista light: we installed LED lighting that allows you to focus on the extraction into your cup.
Weight-based brewing: with our in-built scale, the Machine utilises output readings to have real-time control over brewing.
Intermittent wave brewing system: we've developed a program which delivers water in different pressure profiles by controlling output power with duty cycles.
Temperature precision: we've added not one, but two thermosensors, coupled with a customised PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) algorithm and NTC sensor that ensures water temperature is accurate to 1.5°C.
Water quality: the Morning Machine is the only non-commercial capsule machine with a TDS reader, allowing you to monitor water quality - which is essential for coffee brewing.
Bigger, better body kit: the extra length of the Machine accommodates the extra hardware features while looking sleek on your countertop. It's lever, scale and dial are made of metal for added durability.
